I believe in the power of a rollicking tale, imaginatively told. As a product of the 1980’s and 90’s, I grew up on a steady diet of Lucasfilm and Amblin. My formative memories include crying into my popcorn as ET is zippered into a body bag, then crying again when his flowerpot miraculously re-sprouts. Peeking through my fingers during Ripley’s duel to the death with the Xenomorph Queen. Feeling the rush of air as Indiana Jones’ mine cart soars toward that rickety landing.
These cinematic experiences inspired me to spend a decade in the fantasy world of Hollywood, creating and marketing spec screenplays for the studios. It was a master class in well-crafted storytelling and applied hutzpah. I then spent the next decade turning those screenplays into books. And, along the way, expanding my creativity into other fields and endeavors, enough to populate my very own website.
